Yoga Asana

A private movement session that focuses on the physical element of yoga. We will work on postures, sun salutations, and the 'flow' between the two: otherwise known as Vinyasa. Tara is trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Power and Yin Yoga.
