Spring Equinox Chakra Balance: Group Meditation With Crystals

The spring equinox marks the beginning of spring and the end of winter.

Join on the 20th of March where you will be guided through each chakra whilst being immersed in carefully curated soundscapes to activate and support the natural self-healing process.

You will be guided by Anna-Nina to program seven crystals with your own intentions that you then keep.

Crystals have the ability to work on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

This session is part circle: crystal programming, and part meditation: chakra balance / tea and grounding
