RECOMMENDED USE: Use a pea-sized amount on face. Works great in the evening as it works it's healing properties overnight. A table spoon amount can be used on your body mixed with your body cream/oil, or tea spoon if you want to focus on a particular area. A table spoon can also be massaged on wet hair. One table spoon be drizzled on a salad, or used to cook.
