Through the Asana practice of Yoga, Flow with Intention aims to offer a space to cultivate nourishment, safety and self-care in the body through gentle movement and breathwork. This class is an invitation to curiously explore the an intentional practice of Yoga, to nurture the union and wellbeing of body, mind and Spirit.
