Anna-Nina

Born & raised in Hackney. Anna-Nina has a BA in Social Anthropology. In 2019 she started EARTH TO ROOTS as a way of combining her passion for nature and healing.

Tara

Tara is a London grown movement artist. A trained yoga practitioner,
aerialist and stretchologist. She has a lifetime of varied movement
practices: beginning with Irish and Contemporary dance. Tara has been
practicing yoga asana for over a decade, and teaching for several years.
She trained as a circus performer in 2020, and stretchologist in 2022. She
firmly believes that movement is medicine: and looks forward to meeting
you on your path of self-care.
