Avocado Carrier Oil Cold Pressed

Contains high levels of heart-healthy oleic acid, which is an omega fatty acid (nutrients we get from food).

This means it contributes to a healthy body, both inside and on the outside from helping to regulate cholesterol to leaving your skin and hair soft and hydrated. 

Avocado oil is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B6, which can help sooth irritated skin, dry skin, brittle or coarse hair and makes a great barrier against damage. 

Massaging your skin and hair when applying this product will stimulate blood flow, allowing better absorption therefore maximising the benefits.

Recommended use - Face, Body & Hair - Use a pea-sized amount on face. Works great in the evening as it works it's healing properties overnight. A table spoon amount can be used on your body mixed with your body cream/oil, or tea spoon if you want to focus on a particular area. A table spoon can also be massaged on wet hair.

Edible - One table spoon be drizzled on a salad, or used to cook.
