We are always here, in our body, in this moment ,right here; sometimes we seem to forget it, we seem to drift away.
Even when we practice Yoga, quite often we do it in a way that does not lead to embodiment, but rather to the mechanical repetition of sequences and poses that most of the time we don’t even have the time to fully experience.
On Saturday 16th November, we invite you for a nourishing practice that blends gentle somatic movement with the introspective stillness of yin yoga.
We'll begin with mindful somatic exercises, re-educating the brain and body to move with greater awareness and ease. This will naturally prepare us to move deeper into the long-held yin postures, where we'll take the time to fully experience each pose, exploring the sensations that arise, and releasing what no longer serves us.
Join us in this grounding practice, and remind yourself that you have always been here, in this body, in this moment—ready to embrace the shift in seasons with grace and presence.
