Arrive early, settle in, and give yourself permission to slow down…
The sessions are not normally suitable for people with seizures, epilepsy, pace maker or early stages of pregnancy.
Spaces are limited as we work in small groups. Please bring a blanket and warm comfortable clothing. The session will take place laying down on provided mats or feel free to bring your own.
