May Meditation With Crystals

Join us on World Meditation Day, for an evening filled with soothing crystal meditations.

You will be guided by Anna-Nina to activate a quartz crystal point that you then keep.

We will also do a guided mediation with Angel Aura Quartz Goede. You can purchase an angel aura geode for £15 instead of £25 if you would like after the session.

Crystals have the ability to work on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. Quartz are known for their highly energetic vibrations which can aid the body reaching an equilibrium state.

This session is part crystal activation and part meditation.
