DESCRIPTION: Locally sourced and organic and crafted with 48 wild apple varieties. The Mother is the cob-like pieces, known to boast many health benefits and contains many strains of probiotic bacterias.

INGREDIENTS: unpasteurised & unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar from Herefordshire 

RECOMMENDED USE: Can be taken internally daily or used topically. One tablespoon a day with water. Can also be cooked with or drizzled on top of food. Add tablespoon to your bath. One tablespoon mixed with warm water makes a wonderful hair rinse.
