Green Sea Moss St. Lucian Raw Wildcrafted

Preparation: Take a portion your sea moss and soak overnight in water (spring/distilled) with a slice of lemon, lime or key lime. The next day, your moss would have doubled in size. Throw out the water and rinse the moss. Add the moss to a blender with just a little fresh water. Keep blending until it starts thicken. Add more water when necessary until you have achieved your desired gel texture!

Store in a glass jar and in the fridge for up to three weeks. 

Recommended use: Enjoy one/two spoons daily on its own or incorporated with foods and drinks.
