ORGANIC YONI STEAM

INGREDIENTS: Organic Raspberry Leaf, Mugwort, Rose Petals, Lavender, Camomile, Nettle & Rose Buds

RECOMMENDED USE: Add two tea spoons of dried mix to 750ml of water in a pan. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the hot mixture into a bowl and place it into a designated steam seat, or carefully place the pot inside the toilet bowl. Wait 5-10 minutes until the steam has cooled. Remove clothes from the waist down and sit directly over the bowl for between 10 to 30 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: Not suitable for pregnant women. Be careful when transporting hot liquids. Do not use a metal bowl to steam. Make sure the steam is never boiling hot when using.
