Cranio-Sacral Integration

A gentle and yet profound therapy which works on a Skeletal, Muscular, Emotional and Spiritual level. It engages with the deepest level of our Being, resolving underlying traumas and shocks accumulated through Life, enhancing health, strength and vitality. It is beneficial for babies, children and adults of all ages. It helps with many different conditions such as: Birth traumas, recurrent colics, ear infections, difficult pregnancies, migraines, headaches, constipation, IBS, insomnia, scoliosis, sinus infections, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia,  anxiety and depression, to mention just a few. The treatment involves, lying down fully clothed in a peaceful and safe environment, where a very gentle and light contact is applied on the cranium, sacrum, feet or other parts of the body as appropriate.
