DESCRIPTION: Avocado oil is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B6, which can help sooth irritated skin, dry skin, brittle or coarse hair and makes a great barrier against damage. Contains high levels of heart-healthy oleic acid, which is an omega fatty acid, meaning it helps contributes to a healthy body, both inside and on the outside. From helping to regulate cholesterol to leaving your skin and hair soft and hydrated. 

INGREDIENTS: Avocado Oil (Persea Gratissima Oil)

RECOMMENDED USE: Use a pea-sized amount on face. Works great in the evening as it works it's healing properties overnight. A table spoon amount can be used on your body mixed with your body cream/oil, or tea spoon if you want to focus on a particular area. A table spoon can also be massaged on wet hair. One table spoon be drizzled on a salad or used to cook.
